Refund & Exchange Policy – FitMuse ✨
Because clarity is part of the integrated experience 🤍 At FitMuse, we strive to ensure the experience is clear from the very start; therefore, we would like to inform you of the following policy:
- All payments made for subscriptions or classes are non-refundable once the subscription is activated or any class has been attended.
- Exceptions apply only to cases where the subscription has not been activated and no classes have been attended; in such cases, a refund can be requested within a maximum of 30 days from the payment date, subject to the deduction of administrative fees.
- After the thirty (30) day period has elapsed, the client is not entitled to claim a refund under any circumstances.
- Subscriptions purchased under offers or discounts are not covered by the refund policy.
- Exchange is only available (such as changing a package or subscription category) before the subscription starts or the service is used for the first time; no exchanges can be made after activation.
- To submit a refund or exchange request before activation, FitMuse management must be contacted in writing (via email or official message) within the specified periods, confirming that the subscription has not been used and no classes have been attended.
- In the case of upgrading to a higher package, the financial difference is calculated according to the approved prices at the time of the request.
- In the case of changing to a lower package, no amount will be refunded, and no additional days or classes will be granted.
- Unactivated or unused classes or packages remain valid for one month only; after this period expires, they are considered void, and no compensation or refund may be claimed.
- FitMuse Club reserves the right to terminate or suspend a subscription in the event of a violation of internal regulations or instructions, without any resulting right to a refund or compensation.
- This policy is applied in compliance with the Ministry of Commerce regulations and the Consumer Rights Guide, taking into account the special nature of sports subscriptions and services.
- Temporary Subscription Freeze: A temporary pause is allowed for subscription packages only for a maximum of 25 days (consecutive or separate), and for a maximum of two times throughout the subscription period. The subscription resumes automatically upon the end of the freeze period or when attending the first class—whichever comes first, and no freeze or refund may be claimed outside of these conditions.
