I just joined them 2 weeks ago But the vibes are very cozy and energetic The girls on the front disk are sooooo lovely The coach is really experienced, as a doctor and as I know anatomy and mechanism of action of muscles ,, l know that she is working on each muscle alone She is so peeeeeeerfect and patient Lovey u coach Karima I loooooooove the classes and I enjoy it and release all my anger and stress at the end of the day I’m just wondering if we arrange evening classes 5:45 and 7:15 daily As I work till 4 daily So my perfect time for the gem is after 6 pm
